1. Emergency Travel Document:

This is issued to Ugandans who have lost their passports but urgently need to travel to Uganda.  It’s a one way travel document and expires upon arrival at Entebbe Airport.  Once in Uganda, you must apply for a new passport before travel outside Uganda. The following are the requirements:

i)    Proof of citizenship
ii)    Letter from Police confirming loss of passport
iii)    2 colored passport- size photographs
iv)    RMB 250 processing fee
